Your Samba Percussion Journey Begins Here
Our samba group (bateria) resembles an orchestra, with each section having its own unique rhythms and techniques. When these elements combine, the unique samba swing sound is created. During your journey with us, you'll have the opportunity to explore and play every instrument, allowing you to discover your personal favorite. Some are technically easier to play than others but none are simple!
Try All The Instruments
After trying all the instruments, you'll have the chance to choose one to focus on. Don't worry if you can't decide; sometimes, the instrument chooses you! We provide both individual guidance and group practice sessions.
Find Your Musical Calling
Upon completing the workshops, you'll have the chance to join the main group in rehearsals, giving you a taste of what it's like to perform within a bateria! As you progress to the appropriate level, the stage awaits, where you can join us for exciting live shows, carnivals and more!
